Student Volunteer Hours

Volunteer Hours General Information:

HMSA Graduation Requirement: 100 hours of volunteer hours

How to Log Hours:

1. Enter x2VOL via Clever

• Open your Clever Portal.
• Scroll down and click the x2VOL app icon.

2. Start a New Project Log

• On the x2VOL Dashboard, click the green Add Hours button.
• Look under Personal Projects and click the blue + Create New button.

3. Fill Out Activity Details

• Activity Title: Enter the name of your project (e.g., Wellness Week).
• Description: Enter details (e.g., Survey Completion and any required Google Form codes).
• Interests: Check the Educational bubble.

4. Provide Verification & Hours

• Activity Verification Contact: Enter your supervisor's name and email address.
• Claim Hours: Select the exact date you did the service and enter your hours and minutes.

5. Add Reflection & Goals

• Reflections: Type or paste your mandatory reflection explaining what you learned.
• Apply Hours to Goal(s): Select the bubble next to Apply to all Non-Exclusive Goals to match your graduation track.

6. Certify and Submit

• Check the box at the bottom to certify your information is truthful.
• Click Submit.
• Confirm you see the green "Claim Successfully Submitted" popup window.
