We are pleased to inform you that the USDA has granted the Hawthorne School District permission to implement the Seamless Summer Option at all HSD schools in place of the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs for the 2021-2022 School Year.   

This means we are able to offer a healthy breakfast and lunch free of charge to all enrolled HSD students each day they attend school during the 2021-2022 School Year.  

We encourage you to please complete a meal application. Determinations made from meal applications may qualify your household for programs such as Pandemic EBT (P-EBT), reduced price utilities, internet, or transportation. Apply for free and reduced meal assistance fast, easy and confidential with Titan

Applications must be renewed annually.
