IT Work Order Request
We want to inform you that our IT work order system (SchoolDude) has changed logon requirements. Previously, all you had to do was enter your email address and you were automatically routed to the request screen. Now you will need to enter an email address and password. Since the system never had passwords, you will need to set one up. This will only be a one time setup process. Below are the instructions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your local site tech.
1.) Go to SchoolDude logon page.
2.) Select "Forgot Password?" link.
3.) Enter your HSD email address.
4.) You will receive a temporary password and further instructions via email.
